I bought 5 plants from them and my package was lost in the mail, which is not the sellers fault, but they came in yellowing and wilted due to it being in the 40-50° at night this time of year. I sent an email and attached some pictures of how them came in, and within 10 hours Aquarium Plant Factory had replied saying that they would replace the ones that came in brown and wilted and couldn’t of been more prompt, respectful and easy to work with! The plants that weren’t damaged to bad from the USPS’s mistakes are thriving and growing beautifully.
