These are such cute little plants. I chose to leave one bunched and seperate the other 3 ways. They absolutely pop against my biostratum, seiryu stone and driftwood. I love how they sort of flow with the water current which adds visual interest, and I think my future fry will enjoy hiding in then as well. Hoping they spread!
Having never done aquascaping, this plant intimidated me. I was so afraid of breaking the hollowish stem trying to plant them and get them to stay put. I managed to get them in, same for one that was just plain stubborn lol. It's still floating in my tank and is thriving all the same, so I say if it's not broke I'm not fixing it ha! They were mostly green on arrival with purplish brown edges. Since being planted, they're all purple now except the very top, and I've only had them in a week.
This little tuft of grass was prefect when it arrived. Sadly, it turned yellow and died, but this was 100% my fault. I'm new to aquascaping and chose this plant based on the carpet it could provide and it's small size. In my excitement, I didn't realize it needed co2 supp, so the fault is purely mine 😞 all my other plants arrived in prefect condition and are thriving though, so I will be back with knowledge on my side this time. Hoping for some moss and anubias to add some depth to my aquariums
Plants arrived in great condition and I started out just fine in a good bright spot but some of the fish I added thought they were just too tasty and munched them down to nus, I am hoping they will come back but expecting the worst.
They arrived in great condition and continue to thrive today. An interesting texture and my fish don't both it. Love this addition.
It’s planted but too early to tell. I will let you know.
