The plants arrived healthy and there were a LOT of them. The vitro culture was not what I'm used to, a little cup with the growing media in the bottom. This was a "zip top" bag, stury and filled with plants, with only the roots in the media. Easy to clean. It came wrapped in three! layers of insulation - amazing! I'll be ordering more plants soon (just don't tell my wife)

I’m surprised that every plant was in perfect condition when it got to me, as they came from California and I live on the east coast. They were very healthy, though, and maybe one or two leaves have melted in total. That includes crypts and Buce. I’m impressed!

Overall everything was great, I had one plant that was damaged beyond repair but customer service quickly refunded me and I’m very happy with the communication from this company and the quality of the plants. I did find 2 small pest snails, but that’s nothing out of the ordinary when ordering live plants.
