Section 6 – Live Plants and Live Animals Policy

Aquarium Plants Factory specializes in live aquatic plants and live aquatic animals, which are perishable products. Because of their delicate nature, all sales of live plants and live animals are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live goods.

However, we provide a 24-Hour Live Arrival Guarantee. If an item arrives dead on arrival (DOA), customers must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded on the carrier's tracking, and provide clear photos of the affected items in their original, unopened packaging, a photo of the shipping label, and the order number. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window are not eligible. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Section 7 – Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Aquarium Plants Factory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Failure to promptly retrieve a package may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Section 8 – Order Accuracy and Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Section 9 – Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites. We do not control or monitor these services and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
