Anubias Panda Marble is a rare and visually striking aquatic plant, perfect for aquascapers seeking a unique addition to their planted tanks. Known for its beautiful variegated leaves, which display shades of green, white, and cream, this plant brings elegance to any aquarium.

Anubias Panda Marble is a unique variety of Anubias barteri prized for its marbled, panda-like leaf patterns. It features heart-shaped leaves with a mix of green and cream-white variegation, making it highly desirable among collectors and aquascaping enthusiasts. First introduced in 2014, this rare plant remains a sought-after addition for visually stunning aquarium displays.

Thrives in low to medium light (20–40 PAR), 6–8 hours per day. Too much light can lead to algae growth on its slow-growing leaves, so keep it in a shaded spot.
Highly adaptable: 68–82°F (20–28°C), pH 6.0–7.5, soft to moderately hard water (2–15 dGH). Gentle water flow prevents debris from accumulating on the leaves.
Doesn't require CO2 but benefits from it in more demanding aquascapes. Regular dosing of liquid fertilizers with micronutrients enhances growth and prevents deficiencies.
Best attached to driftwood, rocks, or other hardscape with fishing line or aquarium-safe glue — avoid burying the rhizome, which can rot if submerged. Propagate by cutting the rhizome and attaching the cuttings to a new location.
Algae growth can occur due to slow growth — keep light low and introduce algae-eating shrimp or snails. Rhizome rot happens if the rhizome is buried — keep it exposed and attached to hard surfaces.
Pairs well with tetras, rasboras, and bettas; Amano and cherry shrimp help keep it clean; nerite snails control algae without damage.
As a slow grower, it needs minimal pruning — just trim away damaged or algae-covered leaves as needed.
