Grower's Notes
- Harder than plain Moneywort, but not hard. The white tissue carries no chlorophyll, so the plant produces less energy than the species and has less margin — hence Intermediate rather than Beginner. It is still Bacopa monnieri underneath, which means it forgives more than most variegated plants.
- It can revert. Plain green shoots photosynthesize better and will slowly take over the group. Cut them out at the base as they appear.
- Marbling needs light. Under weak lighting the pattern fades toward green and the plant loses the only reason to buy it over the standard form.
- Trim above a leaf pair and replant the tops. Each cut branches the stem, which is how a few stems become a group.

The plants arrived healthy. They are struggling in my tank but I'm hoping for the best.

I ordered these expecting them to melt after a bit, I have it in 3 different tanks. They all have high light and rich substrate but no co2. They are still amazingly bright white 2 weeks later! They aren't growing very fast,
But that's to be expected. but not melting.
