Narrow leaves, low height, easy care. Hygrophila corymbosa 'Siamensis' — the Temple Narrow Leaf — is the compact member of a genus known for tall broad-leaved background plants. It tolerates a wide range of water conditions, which is why it turns up in beginner tanks and nature-style layouts alike.

Grower's Notes
- It stays short, which is unusual for this genus. At 4-8 inches it works as a midground plant where standard Corymbosa reaches 10-20 and belongs at the back. Same easy care, different job in the layout.
- It adapts to a wide range of water conditions, including harder tap water that defeats fussier stem plants.
- Trim above a leaf node and replant the tops — cuttings root within days.
- Space stems an inch apart. Bunched, the lower leaves shade out and drop.
- The '53B' selection is narrower-leaved again and branches more freely if you want a bushier version.
Notes
- Pictures are not the actual plants you will receive, but a sample representation. Unless specific, we don't guarantee aquatic plants will be grow emerged, or submerge.
- Never release aquarium plants into natural waterways.

this is my first time ordering from apf, and i will say I'm quite pleased! i did only order one quantity of each plant (bacopa australis, dwarf sagittaria, hygrophila siamensis) so i knew the coverage would be sparse. but i was able to spread them out more than i expected to; especially the dwarf sag, and they all look pretty healthy for having been through shipping, so i'm hopeful that i'll be able to propagate them soon enough easily!
