Bucephalandra APF Platinum is a groundbreaking, U.S.-exclusive aquatic plant first introduced by Aquarium Plants Factory. This stunning albino variant is revered for its shimmering platinum-colored leaves, offering an ethereal, ghostly elegance unlike anything in the planted tank world. A genuine collector's item, APF Platinum elevates aquascapes with a unique silvery-white glow that catches light in a way no green plant can.
Due to its lack of chlorophyll—the pigment essential for photosynthesis—this plant is extremely sensitive to environmental changes. It requires advanced care and thrives only in well-maintained, high-tech aquariums. That said, for experienced aquascapers, the reward is a living work of art: a luminous centerpiece that transforms any aquascape into a showcase of rare beauty and sophistication.
