Eleocharis Acicularis Vitro Culture

Plant is wonderful, custom service...meh.

My plant order (Acicularis/Pusilla/Weeping Moss) got lost in transit for 5 days in 20-30 degree weather in Ohio. They showed up this morning, and were miraculously still bright green and ready to be planted. 5 stars for survival skills! During that time, I emailed...no response. I called the phone number that says "open 24 hrs." on their page...no answer. I left a voice message...no response. Their social media messenger page immediately says to email them as a response to my message, so I did...no response. 1 star for customer service... hence the 3 star review. Will I buy again? Most likely, as I do understand that mail issues are not on the company, and the plants arrived alive and in great condition, but they can surely do far better in responding than the nothing I received.

I’m all around satisfied with this purchase. There was a good amount of plants to fill the front area of my 29 gallon aquarium. I will buy from this seller again.

Healthy plants.

Culture media was clean and clear. Plants looked great 1 or 2 yellow leaves, the root system was excellent many thick green epiphytic roots. The culture produced 4 good looking plants that looked just like the images on the website. The leaves were solid emerald green in color and did not yet have the light green speckling that this plant is known for.

Only negative is that the culture produced so much roots that separating the 4 plants from each other was like untangling Christmas lights. The website mentions this but just in case you missed it and are searching for care info the plant has been renamed from Piptospatha Ridleyi to Kiewia ridleyi

Bucephalandra Giant Velvet

Exactly as Advertised. Generous Portions

I got the bunched Giant Velvet It had close to 15 leaves. All leaves looked great and photos on the website are an accurate representation of size/color of the plant. Leaves are a little shy of 2 inches plant height maybe 3-4 inch when unpacked.

To my surprise when I unbunched the foam from the plant it was 3 separate very healthy rhizomes. Each rhizome was about 2-3 inch log and free of rot. Not sure what I am going to do with the two extra plants - but it is a great problem to have!

Compact Cute Little Buce

The tissue media the plant came in looked clear and "fresh" no smells of decay. I was able to divide out 4 reasonably sized clumps. Plants looked healthy and very clean maybe only 1 or 2 bad leaves out of the entire culture.

This look like it will be a very small compact growing buce. From the culture the leaves are around 0.25 inch long and each clump is around 0.75 inch high and 0.5 inch wide. The plant pretty much looks exactly like shown on the website photos.

Bucephalandra Pink Malawi
J.C. (United States)
Healthy Plant Doesn't start off pink

I purchased 2 of the bareroot Pink Malawi. They came in with rhizome clean and intact, and all leaves perfect + showing new growth. One plant had around 7 leaves and the second plant had closer to 12 and could of easily been divided into 2 plants.
All my leaves were green with one leaf showing some copper color none of the pink color shown in the website photos but I am guessing that's due to the emersed growth, so hopefuly some of the new submerged growth comes out that lovely pink.

Was surprised how long the leaves are. Each leaf is about 1.5+ inch long so I am guessing this variety of buce will be somewhere between a mid/large size variant.
