Ordered almost everything I needed from here to plant my 60 gallon breeder. Was a really big order. Had issues with USPS losing my package. Customer service was very responsive and helpful sending it out again with UPS. The second time it arrived on time, and all the plants were in good shape and looked great. Very happy customer all around. And my scape looks awesome.

Very happy return customer, I got the pearl weed in gel, order was well insulated against the cold. Washed the gel off and planted straight into my substrate. Has taken off since planting about a week ago.

Java ferns came in quickly although I preferred for an entire intact root because most of the time java fern only produce spores when they are cut stems like these and the stems themselves don't propagate they just die, only the leaves makes new plants wich takes a very very long time, but this isnt plant factory's fault every retail store does this, I still love the leaves that were given to me and hopefully I can see that redish color pop out in the new spores

I was expecting 6 packages of Dwarf Chain Sword. I ordered 4 during a "Buy 2, get 1 free" sale with 1 young chain/cluster of 2 - 3 plants in each cluster.

What I got was 6 packages that *each* contained 2 - 6 distinct plants, with the chains of as few as two, mostly mostly 3 to 6. In the sole package that only contained 2 plants, one was a chain of 2, the other was a chain of ***12***!

A week later, I have had no losses or melt, planted into sand-capped dirt, with no fertlizers and at-best moderate lighting. Very pleased, and will be more than happy to order from here again!

Everything green in the picture here came from my one order of just FOUR plants for $9 each, and there's still a few heads that got planted a bit deep that aren't as visible, but everything was healthy and growing well. It was all packaged well with appropriate insulation. I did not note the presence of any micro- or meso-fauna of any kind.
