Aquarium Plants Factory

I bought 5 plants from them and my package was lost in the mail, which is not the sellers fault, but they came in yellowing and wilted due to it being in the 40-50° at night this time of year. I sent an email and attached some pictures of how them came in, and within 10 hours Aquarium Plant Factory had replied saying that they would replace the ones that came in brown and wilted and couldn’t of been more prompt, respectful and easy to work with! The plants that weren’t damaged to bad from the USPS’s mistakes are thriving and growing beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with this company or my planted tank! 10/10 all the way around and will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDING these guys to anyone who is thinking about starting a planted tank! Thank you guys so much for helping my aquarium dreams come true 🥰

Plants arrived in great shape and seemed to respond almost immediately. I do have to comment on shipping cost. That was a lot of money to send such a small package through the mail. But, I will definitely buy again because of the selection and quality.

After having the plants in my tank for a while they didn't go through the dreaded crypt melt I've experienced in the past.
They actually are thriving,putting out new leaves and developing a nice root system. I attribute this to having received really healthy stock to start with
