The plants and moss I ordered all arrived healthy. They’ve been in the tank for a week now and new growth has started on all. Only one moss bit I put on a rock melted…like 5% of the bunch. Very pleased & will order in the future!
The crypts and the Malayan sword arrived fresh and perky. Planted in gravel with plant-tabs below they immediately responded to light and a few days later showed growth. Happy plants; happy me!
I've ordered several times in the past few years but the anubias always melts in the first week. I decided to email them asking for a solution this time since I'm tired of getting anubias that don't last the week. They basically said there's nothing they can do. I don't recommend there anubias at all. Their other plants come in fair condition but take awhile to bounce back.
Thus far, only one has died (but they send several trimmings of each species, so I’m set! I’ve only noticed one trimming not take). I’m actually quite impressed, with both myself and Aquarium Plants Factory.
I have ordered aquarium plants from various sellers on Amazon and while some were better than others, the plants I got from Aquarium Plants Factory are by far the healthiest I have received. They all rooted quickly and the corms I purchased quickly started to grow roots and leaves. My favorite part of this experience was being able to go to each plants page and reading how to care for them, how to plant them appropriately, and what to expect as they grow. 5 stars are well earned from this company and I will order from them again.
Plants arrive quickly. I had a very big order. The packaging was amazing. Didn’t even find one brown leaf on none of my plants. I have over 11 aquariums and I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.
I ordered tissue culture plants for my small aquarium and have enjoyed watching the tank come together. Some of the crypts are still adjusting, but I’m happy with how the setup is looking. I’m already planning another order to add some carpeting plants.
I never received the plants and now the company will not respond to my emails about a refund or replacement so I basically got scammed out of more than $100 from Aquarium Plants Factory.

I bought the bunch to use as floating cover, they have already started converting leaves and rooting. This is the second batch of wisteria I bought I melted the first batch of cultures and it was all on me. This is my third order with this company and I’ll continue to use them. I have not been disappointed.
Only one of the plants that I ordered arrived doa I had another of the same type of plant that looked better I do understand that some plants are more delicate than others and shipping is hard on them. I received a generous amount of each plant ordered. The plants were packed very well in insulated packaging then a mail envelope then a box. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Plants were healthy, unfortunately, I was sent Cuphea anagalloidea instead. Price was the same.
